संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अर्ाात्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सेिा (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) (संिोधन) भती जनयम, 2021 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत् त होंगे। 2. केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सिे ा (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) भती जनयम, 2015 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उि जनयम कहा गया ह)ै के जनयम 4 म,ें "पे में रािभाषा के सभी पहलुओं जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धाट्ररत पर छह सप्त ाह का अजनिाया दकए हुए हो; अर्िा संस्ट् र्ागत प्रजििण (ii) जिन् होंने मूल संिगा/जिभाग में िेतन सफलतापूिाक पूरा दकया हो मैट्ररक् स में स्ट्तर-12 (78800 – िैसा दक सिम प्राजधकारी 209200 ₹) में जनयजमत आधार पर द्वारा जनधााट्ररत दकया गया जनयुजि के पश् चात् पांच िषा की जनयजमत हो। सेिा की हो; और (ख) जिनके पास सहायक जनििे क के पि पर सीधी भती के पांचिी अनुसचू ी में यर्ा जिजनर्िष्ा ि जिजहत िैिजणक अहता ाएं हों। और जिसके पास केंद्रीय सरकार अर्िा राज्य सरकार अर्िा संघ राज्य िेत्र अर्िा स्ट् िायत् त जनकायों अर्िा कानूनी संगठनों अर्िा पजदोंलक सेक् िर उपक्रमों अर्िा जिश् िजिद्यालयों अर्िा मान् यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान अर्िा िैजिक संस्ट् र्ानों के अधीन जहन् िी में िदोंि ािली (िदों िािली संबंधी काया) प्रयोग का अनुप्रयोग तर्ा अंग्रेिी से हहिं ी पूरा दकया हो, िैसा भी सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जनधााट्ररत दकया िाएगा। सीधी भती : (क) इस पि के जलए अभ् यार्र्ायों का चयन इस जनयमािली की अनसु ूची-V में यर्ा जिजनर्िष्ा ि पद्धजत स े आयोग द्वारा आयोजित परीिा योिना के अनुसार तर्ा संघ लोक सेिा आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी जिज्ञापनों के अनुसार संघ लोक सेिा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित जलजखत परीिा तर्ा उसके पश् चात् सािात् कार द्वारा दकया िाएगा। (ख) सहायक जनििे क के पि के पश् चात् उस श्रेणी में छह िषा की सेिा की हो; और (ख) सीधी भती के जलए जलए अनुसूची VII में यर्ा जनर्िष्ा ि सीधी भती के जलए जिजहत िैिजणक योग्य ता रखता हो। ट्रिप्पण 1: िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ् व्यजियों के संबंध म,ें जिन्होंने अपनी अहका या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहा ं उनके ज्य ष्े ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया िाएगा, परंतु यह तब िबदक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजित अहका या पात्रता सेिा के आध े से अजधक से या िो िष ा से, इनमें स े िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंन े अपने ऐस े कजनष्ठ् व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अहका या पात्रता सेिा पहल े ही परू ी कर ली है, अगली उच्च्तर श्रणे ी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा की अिजध सफलतापूिाक परू ी कर ली हो। ट्रिप्पण 2: पोषक प्रिगा के ऐसे जिभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में ह,ै प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जिचार दकए िाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। ट्रिप्पण 3 : प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगात केंद्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, िैसा दक मामला हो, साधारणतया 4 या 5 िषा स ेअजधक नही होगी।|
