L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-05062026-273186 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D5H0x6x2x0 26-273186 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 398] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रिार, िनू 5, 2026/ज् यष्े ठ 15, 1948 No. 398] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2026/JYAISTHA 15, 1948 गहृ मत्रं ालय (रािभाषा जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 5 िून, 2026 सा.का.जन. 445(अ).— राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सेिा (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) भती जनयम, 2015 में और संिोधन करन ेके जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अर्ाात,:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभः- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सेिा (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सेिा (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) भती जनयम, 2015 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उि जनयम कहा गया ह)ै की अनुसूची-III, म ें– 4047 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (क) क्रम संख्या 4 तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाता :- “4. श्रेणी IV प्रोन्नजत द्वारा चयन प्रोन्नजतः प्रजतजनयजु िः जिसके न हो (सहायक (i) केंद्रीय सरकार अर्िा राज्य सकने की ऐसे िररष्ठ अनुिाि अजधकारी जिसने मूल जनिेिक) सरकार अर्िा संघ राज्यिेत्र के ऐस े ििा में संिगा अर्िा जिभाग में िेतन मैररक्स लेिल- अजधकारी- प्रजतजनयुजि 7 (₹44900-142400) में उस श्रेणी में पााँच द्वारा जिन िषा की जनयजमत सेिा की हो और रािभाषा (क) (i) िो मूल संिगा/जिभाग म ें िोनों के न हो के सभी पहलुओं पर छह सप्ताह का अजनिाय ा जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धाररत सकने की संस्ट्र्ागत प्रजििण सफलतापूिाक पूरा दकया दकए हो; ििा में सीधी हो, िैसा भी सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा जनधााररत भती द्वारा। अर्िा दकया गया हो। (ii) जिन्होंने मूल संिगा अर्िा जिभाग (ii) केंद्रीय सजचिालय रािभाषा सेिा (समूह में िेतन मैररक्स में लेिल-9 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि) भती (संिोधन) (₹53100-167800) या समकि पि जनयम, 2026 की अजधसूचना की जतजर् तक पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयजु ि के लेिल-7, में जनयजमत आधार पर पि धारण पश्चात 2 िषा की सेिा की हो; करने िाले िररष्ठ अनुिाि अजधकारी ग्रेड के अर्िा ितामान अजधकाररयों के जलए अहका सेिा 3 िषा की होगी। (iii)जिन्होंने मूल संिगा अर्िा जिभाग में िेतन मैररक्स में लेिल-8 (₹47600-151100) या समकि पि सीधी भती : पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयजु ि के (क) अभ् यर्र्ायों का चयन आयोग द्वारा समय- पश्चात 4 िषा की सेिा की हो; समय पर अनुसूची-5 में यर्ाउपबंजधत रीजत अर्िा में परीिा स्ट् कीम के अनुसार संघ लोक सेिा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित जलजखत परीिा तर्ा (iv) जिन्होंने मूल संिगा अर्िा उसके पश् चात सािात्कार के आधार पर दकया जिभाग में िेतन मैररक्स में लेिल-7 िाएगा। (₹44900-142400) या समकि पि पर जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के (ख) सीधी भती के जलए अनुसूची-V में पश्चात 5 िषा की सेिा की हो; और जिजनर्िाि िैजिक अहता ा और अनभु ि होना चाजहए। (ख) सहायक जनिेिक के पि के जलए सीधी भती हते ु अनुसूची-V म ें जिजनर्िाि िैजिक अहता ा और अनुभि होना चाजहए।” (ख) रिप्पण 3 म,ें “से अजधक न हो” िब्िों के पश्चात “तीन अर्िा” िब्ि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकए िाएंगे; (ग) रिप्पण 4 के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत रिप्पण अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाात:- “रिप्पण 5: इन जनयमों की अजधसूचना की तारीख तक लेिल -7 में जनयजमत आधार पर पि धारण करने िाले िररष्ठ अनुिाि अजधकारी ग्रडे के ितामान अजधकाररयों के जलए अहका सेिा 3 िषा होगी।”[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 3. उि जनयमों की अनुसूची VI म,ें ग्रेड-IV (सहायक जनििे क) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 4 के सम्मुख, “प्रत्येक अिसर पर” िब्िों के पश्चात “प्रजतजनयुजि के मामलों को छोड़कर” िब्ि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकए िाएंगे। [फा. सं. 01/01/2025-रा.भा.(सेिा)] डॉ. जनजध पाण्डेय, संयुक् त सजचि रिप्पणी: मूल जनयम अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 368(अ), तारीख 1 मई, 2015 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खडं 3, उप खंड (i) तारीख 7 मई, 2015 को प्रकाजित दकए गए और तत्पश्चात् उनमें अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 793(अ), तारीख 6 जसतंबर, 2021 द्वारा संिोधन दकया गया। MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (Department of Official Language) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th June, 2026 G.S.R. 445(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Secretariat Official Language Service (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 namely:- 1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Central Secretariat Official Language Service (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Secretariat Official Language Service (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Schedule III, - (a) for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “4. In the said rules, in Schedule VI, against serial number 4 relating to the post of Grade IV (Assistant Director), after the words “on each occasion”, the words “, except for deputation cases” shall be inserted.
