NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th March, 2022
S.O. 1196(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the National Security Act, 1980 (65 of
1980), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 2700(E), dated the 10th August, 2016
except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby
constitutes the Advisory Board and appoints the following persons as Chairman and Members of the said Board,
namely:-
(1) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Yogesh Khanna, High Court of Delhi - Chairman;
(2) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Chandra Dhari Singh, High Court of Delhi - Member;
(3) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajnish Bhatnagar, High Court of Delhi - Member.
