1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम गहृ मंत्रालय, केन्‍दरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल, सहायक कमांडेंट (मैरन), समूह 'क' पि, भती जनयम, 2025 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेप्रर्ृत्त होंगे। 2. पररभाषाएँ.- (1) इन जनयमों म,ें िब तक दक संिभव म ेंअन्‍दयर्ा अपेजित न हो,- (क) "महाजनिेिक" से केन्‍दरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल के महाजनिेिक अजभप्रेत ह;ैं (ख) "िेप-I" से तात्पय वकेंरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल के स्ट्र्ायी आििे संख्या 04/2008 दिनांक 15 दिसंबर, 2008 और इस संबंध में महाजनििे ालय, केंरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए संिोधनों के अंतगतव जनर्िष्टव जचदकत्सा श्रेणी से ह।ै 4799 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (2) इसमें प्रयिु िब्ि और अजभव्यजियाँ, िो पररभाजषत नहीं ह,ैं दकन्‍दत ु केंरीय ररिर् व पुजलस बल अजधजनयम, 1949 और केंरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल जनयमार्ली, 1955 म ेंपररभाजषत ह,ैं उनके र्ही अर् वहोंग ेिो अजधजनयम और जनयमों में क्रमिः दिए गए ह।ैं 3. पि की सख्ं या, र्गीकरण और र्ते न मरै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर.- पि की संख्या, उनका र्गीकरण और इससे संलग् न र्ेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर र्ह होगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट् तंभ (4) म ें जर्जनर्िवष् ट ह।ैं 4. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतव ाएँ, आदि- भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतव ाए ँ तर्ा उक्त पि से संबंजधत अन्‍दय बात ें र्े होंगी िो उि अनसु ूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्त ंभ (13) में जर्जनर्िवष्ट ह।ैं 5. जनरहतव ा/अयोग्त ा.- र्ह व्यजि,- (क) जिसने ऐस ेव्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत् नी िीजर्त ह,ै जर्र्ाह दकया ह ैया जर्र्ाह की संजर्िा की ह;ै या (ख) जिसन े अपने पजत या अपनी पत् नी के िीजर्त रहत े हुए, दकसी व् यजि से जर्र्ाह दकया ह ै या जर्र्ाह की संजर्िा की ह,ै उि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा: परन्‍दत ु यदि केन्‍दरीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जर्र्ाह ऐसे व्यजि और जर्र्ाह के अन्‍द य पिकार को लाग ूस्ट्र्ीय जर्जध के अधीन अनज्ञु ेय ह,ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्‍दय आधार ह,ैं तो र्ह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रर्तवन से छूट ि ेसकेगी। 6. पिों का भरा िाना(मटे ीनसें ).- प्रत्येक ररि पि िो भरे नहीं गए ह ैं और उसके बाि उत्पन्न होने र्ाली प्रत्येक ररजि, उि अनुसूची में जर्जनर्िवष्ट उपबंधों और केन्‍दरीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जर्जनर्िवष्ट प्रदक्रया के अनुसार भरी िाएंगी। 7. र्ररष्ठता.- र्ररष्ठता, केन्‍दरीय ररिर्व पुजलस बल जनयमार्ली, 1955 और केन्‍दरीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी सामान्‍दय अनुििे ों के अनसु ार जर्जनयजमत की िाएगी। 8. गरै भारतीयों की जनरहतव ा.- दकसी भी ऐसे व्यजि को, िो भारत का नागररक नहीं ह,ै इन जनयमों के अधीन जलजखत म ें केन्‍दरीय सरकार की पूर्व अनुमजत के जबना जनयिु या जनयोजित नहीं दकया िाएगा : परन्‍दत ु इस जनयम म ें जर्जहत कोई भी बात नेपाल या भूटान के दकसी नागररक को बल म ें जनयुजि या जनयोजित करन े से र्र्िवत नहीं कर सकेगी। 9. अजधर्र्षतव ा.- (1) इन जनयमों के अधीन जनयुि प्रत्येक व्यजि उस माह के अंजतम दिन की अपराह्न म ें सेर्ा स े सेर्ाजनर्ृत्त होगा जिसमें र्ह साठ र्ष व की आय ु प्राप्त करता/करती ह ै या िैसा दक केन्‍दरीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जनधावररत दकया गया ह:ै परन्‍दत ु जिस व्यजि की िन्‍दम तारीख महीने की पहली तारीख को ह,ै र्ह 60 र्ष व या अजधर्र्षतव ा की आय ु प्राप्त करन े के पूर्वर्ती माह के अजं तम दिन के अपराह्न म ेंसेर्ा स े सेर्ाजनर्ृत्त होगा। (2) उपजनयम (1) म ें जर्जनर्िवष्ट अजधर्र्षवता पर सेर्ाजनर्ृजत्त की जर्जहत आयु के पश् चात दकसी भी व्यजि की सेर्ा जर्स्ट् ताररत नहीं होगी। 10. सर्े ा का िाजयत्र्.- इन जनयमों के अधीन उि पि पर जनयुि कोई भी व्यजि भारत म ें या जर्िेि म ें कहीं भी सेर्ा करने के जलए उत्तरिायी होगा। 11. जनर्चव न - यदि इन जनयमों की जनर्वचन स े संबंजधत कोई प्रश्न उठता ह ैतो उसका जनणवय केन्‍दरीय सरकार द्वारा दकया िाएगा।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 12. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि.- िहां केन्‍दरीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन ह,ै र्हां र्ह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्‍दह ें जलजखत म ें िि व करके तर्ा संघ लोक सेर्ा आयोग के परामि व स,े इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी र्गव या प्रर्ग वके व्यजियों के संबंध म ें जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 13. व्य ार्ृजत - सिस्ट्य। ` [फा. स.ं आर.नौ.1/2025-संगठन (सहा.कमा.(मैरन)] अजनल कुमार प्रधान, उप सजचर् (पी-II) MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th July, 2025 G.S.R. 478(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Commandant (Matron), Para-Medical Cadre, in the Central Reserve Police Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Reserve Police Force, Assistant Commandant (Matron), Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Definitions.- (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “Director-General” means the Director General, Central Reserve Police Force;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 (b) “SHAPE-I” refers to the medical category as specified under the Central Reserve Police Force Standing Order No. 04 of 2008 dated the 15th December, 2008, and subsequent amendments issued in this regard by the Directorate General, Central Reserve Police Force from time to time. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949, and the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act and the rules. 3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 5. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Maintenance.- Every post remained unfilled and every vacancy that may arise thereafter shall be filled in accordance with the provisions as specified in the said Schedule and the procedure as may be specified by the Central Government from time to time. 7. Seniority.- Seniority shall be regulated in accordance with the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955, and general instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time. 8. Ineligibility of non-citizens of India.- No person, who is not a citizen of India shall, except with the prior permission of the Central Government in writing, be appointed under these rules: Provided that nothing contained in this rule shall debar the appointment or employment of a subject of Nepal or Bhutan in the Force. 9. Superannuation.- (1) Every person appointed under these rules shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the month in which he or she attains the age of sixty years or as prescribed by the Central Government from time to time: Provided that the person whose date of birth is on the first day of a month, shall retire from service in the afternoon of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of superannuation. (2) No person shall be granted extension in service beyond the prescribed age of retirement on superannuation as specified in sub-rule(1). 10. Liability of service.- Any person, appointed to the said post under these rules shall be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad. 11. Interpretation.- If any question relating to the interpretation of these rules arises, it shall be decided by the Central Government. 12. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation of the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 13.
