No. 305-27/2010-QoS.—(a) In the English version of Notification No. 305-27/2010-QoS dated 22nd
November, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide No.418 dated 22nd
November, 2016, the words “from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette” in sub-regulation
(2) of regulation 1 shall be read as “from the 22nd of November, 2016”.
(b) In the Hindi version of Notification No. 305-27/2010-QoS dated 22nd November, 2016,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide No.423 dated 23rd
