The said Guidelines has been published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 8 August 2013 vide Gazette No.214. 2. It is noted that there is printing mistake in the Hindi Version of the Gazette Notification dated 8 August 2013. In the Hindi Version of the said Gazette Notification, the first three lines on page 2 i.e. above para 1.2 is repetition of the same lines already appearing in the first page. Therefore, the first three lines in page 2 of the Gazette Notification No.214 dated 8 August 2013 in the Hindi Version is to be treated as deleted. T.S.
