This document is a corrigendum issued by the Tariff Authority for Major Ports (TAMP) on May 18, 2015, concerning Order No. TAMP/41/2014-NMPT, passed on March 21, 2015. No. TAMP/41/2014-NMPT.—This Authority has passed an Order dated 21 March 2015 for notifying the
tariff for use of 60-64 tonne capacity Mobile Harbour Crane (MHC) owned and deployed by the New Mangalore Port
Trust (NMPT) for handling dry bulk, break bulk and containers at the New Mangalore Port. This order was notified in the
Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III- Section 4) on 13 April 2015 vide Gazette No.129.
2. It is noticed that a typographical error has crept in the said Order. The caption "Ceiling rate per tonne (in `) from
the effective date for third year in operation" mentioned in sub-schedule (i) and (ii) in schedule 6.9 under paragraph No. 11.1
of the order dated 21 March 2015 is replaced with the caption "Ceiling rate per tonne (in `)
