G.S.R. 199(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and
Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil Service) Rules, 2003, namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands,
Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil Service) Amendment Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In National Capital Territory of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and
Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Civil Service) Rules, 2003, for SCHEDULE-IV and the note following shall be substituted,
namely: -
