S.O. 2706(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Immigration and
Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of 2025), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section
3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O.3987(E), dated the 1st September, 2025, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, in category II. SEAPORTS, after serial number 37 and the entries relating
thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“38. Dahej (Gujarat)
39. Sikka (Gujarat)
40. Tuna Tekra (Gujarat)”.
