काययििा संजहता, 2020 (2020 का 37) के अधीन जम् मू-कश् मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के केिल ऐसे क्षेत्रों में जहां समुजचत सरकार या राज्य
सरकार के रूप में जनयम बनाना अपेजक्षत ह,ै जनयम बनाने के जलए, समुजचत सरकार या राज्य सरकार की िजियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और

S.O. 2749(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that
the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall, subject to the control of the President and
until further order, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the appropriate Government or State
Government under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) to make the
rules only in the areas where the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir is required to make rules either as appropriate
Government or State Government.
