NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2026
S.O. 117(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act
2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government, in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Patna High Court and
the Government of Bihar, hereby designates the Court of District and Additional Sessions Judge- XV, Patna, as the
Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled
Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
The jurisdiction of the Special Court for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend
throughout the State of Bihar.
