New Delhi, the 19th April, 2023
S.O. 1789(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints the following Advocates as Special Public
Prosecutors for conducting the matters on behalf of the National Investigation Agency related to the NIA cases before
the Hon’ble Courts, as indicated against their name in the table below, for a period of three years with effect from the
date of publication of this notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier:-
