92,300 जचदक्‍सा दकया जा सकता है अननुसजचर्ीय (यगद्धक) रुपए) सीध े भती दकए जान े सीध ेभती दकए जान ेर्ाल ेव्यजतियय के जलए अपजे क्षत सीध े भती दकए जान े र्ाल े व्यजतियय के जलए आय ु और र्ाल े व्यजतियय के जलए िजै क्षक और अन्य अहतव ाएं िजै क्षक अहतव ाएं, व प्रगन्नत व्यजतियय की दिा म ें लाग ू आय-ु सीमा ह गी या नहीं (6) (7) (8) लागू नहीं हगता लागू नहीं हगता लागू नहीं हगता पररर्ीक्षा भती की पद्धजत, भती सीधी हगगी प्रगन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु तिय या आमले न ्ारा भती की दिा में, र् े रेणजे णयॉं जजनस े की अर्जध, या प्रगन्नजत ्ारा या प्रगन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु तिय/ आमले न दकया जाना ह ै यदद कगई प्रजतजनयजु तिय/आमले न ्ारा तथा हग जर्जभन्न पद्धजतय ्ारा भरी जान े र्ाली ररजतियय की प्रजतितता (9) (10) (11) लागू नहीं प्रगन् नजत ्ारा, जजसके न हग सकने प्रगन्न जत :- र्ेतन मैरर‍ स में र्ेतन स्ट् तर-4 (25500-81100 रूपये) में हडै हगता पर प्रजतजनयुजतिय/आमेलन ्ारा कांस्ट्टेबल (पिु जचदक्‍सक) में से प्रगन् नजत, जजन् ह ने केन् द्रीय ररजर्व पुजलस बल में अपनी रेणेणी म ेंपांच र्षव से अन्यनू जनयजमत सेर्ा की ह,ै पूर्व प्रगन्नतीय पाठयक्रम अथर्ा जर्जहत पाठयक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूरा दकया हग। रटप्प ण:जहां ऐसे कजनष् ठ व् यजतियय के संबंध में, जजन् ह ने अपनी अहकव सेर्ा या पात्रता सेर्ा पूरी कर ली है, प्रगन् नजत के जलए जर्चार दकया जा रहा हग, र्हां उनसे ज्य ेष् ठ व् यजतियय के संबंध में भी जर्चार दकया जाएगा। परंतु यह तब जब दक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अहवक सेर्ा, अपेजक्षत अहकव सेर्ा के आधे से अजधक से या दग र्षव से, इनमें जग भी कम हग, उससे कम न हग और उन् ह ने अपने ऐसे कजनष् ठ व्यजतियय सजहत, जजन् ह ने ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सेर्ा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच् चतर रेणेणी में प्रगन् नजत के जलए अपनी पररर्ीक्षा की अर्जध सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हग।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 प्रजतजनयजु तिय/आमले न : केन् द्रीय या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षत्रे ग के ऐसे अजधकारी,- क) जग मूल काडर या जर्भाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकए ुए ह ।और दकसी मान् यता प्राप्त सस्ट्ं थान से पिु जचदक्‍ सा (भेषजज्ञ) स्ट् टॉक सहायक पाठ्यक्रम उ्‍ तीणव दकया हग, या ख) र्ेतन मैरर‍ स म ें स्ट् तर-4 (25500-81100 रुपए) में जनयजु तिय के पश्चात जनयजमत आधार पर पांच र्षव सेर्ा की हग और जजनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैक्षजणक अहतव ा और अनुभर् हग:- (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्ट्थान से पिु जचदक्‍सा (भेषजज्ञ) स्ट्टॉक सहायक पाठ्यक्रम में उिीणव, और (ii) दकसी केंद्रीय या राज्य पिु जचदक्‍सालय (भेषजज्ञ) से पिु जर्िेष रूप से घग़ा े और कुिे की जर्जभन्न प्रजाजतय के उपचार में तीन र्षव का फील् ड अनुभर् और पिु जचदक्‍सा (भेषजज्ञ) अस्ट्पताल या औषधालय का प्रबंधन या संचालन करने में सक्षम। रटप्प ण 1: प्रजतजनयुजतिय की अर्जध, जजसके अंतगवत केन् द्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन् य संगठन या जर्भाग में इस जनयुजतिय से ठीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन् य काडर र्ाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजतिय की अर्जध ह,ै साधारणतया तीन र्षव से अजधक नहीं हगगी। रटप्प ण 2 :प्रजतजनयुजतिय ्ारा जनयुजतिय के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा आर्ेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख कग बार्न र्षव से अजधक नहीं हगगी। रटप्प ण 3 : पगषक प्रर्गव के ऐसे जर्भागीय अजधकारी जग प्रगन् नजत की सीधी पंजतिय में ह।, प्रजतजनयुजतिय पर जनयुजतिय के जलए जर्चार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं ह गे तथा इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयु‍त व् यजतिय प्रगन् नत ्ारा जनयुजतिय के जलए जर्चार दकए जाने के पात्र नहीं ह गे। यदद जर्भागीय प्रगन्न जत सजमजत ह,ै तग उसकी सरं चना । भती करन े म ें दकन पररजस्ट्थजतय म ें सघं लगक सर्े ा आयगग स ेपरामि वदकया जाना है। (12) (13) समूह ‘ग’ जर्भागीय प्रगन् नजत सजमजत (प्रगन् नजत पर जर्चार करने के जलए) जजसमें लागू नहीं हगता जनम्नजलजखत ह ग:े- (1) उप महाजनरीक्षक या उप महाजनरीक्षक(जचदक्‍ सा), व केन् द्रीय ररजर्व पुजलस बल – अध्य क्ष; (2) कमांडेंट या मुख्य जचदक्‍ सा अजधकारी (चयन रेणेणी), केन् द्रीय ररजर्व पुजलस बल – सदस्ट् य; (3) उप कमांडेंट (ज्येष्ठ जचदक्‍ सा अजधकारी) या सहायक कमांडेंट (जचदक्‍ सा अजधकारी), व केन् द्रीय ररजर्व पुजलस बल -सदस्ट् य [सं. आर. II-1/2020-जचदक्‍ सा-1-केररपुबल/गृह मंत्रालय/कार्ममक-II] लजलत कपूर, उप सजचर् (कार्ममक-II)4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th December,2022 G.S.R.. 10(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist) Veterinary post in the Central Reserve Police Force, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Central Reserve Police Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist) Veterinary, Group ‗C‘ (Combatised) Post, Recruitment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. —The number of post, its classification, level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. — No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Medical Fitness. —The medical category SHAPE-1 shall be required for promotion. 6. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of person. 7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government. Note: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying service are being considered for promotion, their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying service by more than half of such qualifying service or two years whichever is less and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. Deputation/absorption : -Officers in the Central Government or State Government or Union territories, namely,- (a) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department, and pass in Veterinary Stock Assistant course from a recognised institute, OR (b) with five years service on regular basis rendered after appointment in Pay level 4 (Rs.25500- 81100/-) in the pay matrix and possessing the following educational qualification and experience: - (i) pass in Veterinary Stock Assistant course from a recognised institute, and (ii) three years field experience in the treatment of various species of animal particularly equine and canine from any Central or State veterinary hospital and able to manage or run veterinary hospital or dispensary. Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department or the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-two years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
