Ministry of Home Affairs Group Centre CRPF Pune Organises Special Naad Yoga and Meditation Session प्रव तथ: 11 JUN 2026 5:30PM by PIB Mumbai Pune, 11 June 2026 In the run-up to the International Day of Yoga 2026, Group Centre, CRPF, Pune, in collaboration with Navyoga Suryodaya Seva Samiti, organised a special Naad Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Protocol Session on 11 June 2026. The event marked the beginning of a series of preparatory activities and practice sessions being conducted ahead of the International Day of Yoga. The programme was conducted under the guidance of renowned Yogacharya and Naad Yoga expert Dr. Navdeep Joshi, Founder of Navyoga Gram. Dr. Joshi is a distinguished educationist, researcher, spiritual guide and an internationally acclaimed yoga practitioner with numerous achievements and responsibilities in the field of yoga, wellness and holistic development. Dr. Navdeep Joshi elaborated on the significance, benefits and practical applications of yoga in daily life. He conducted an intensive session covering various aspects of yoga, meditation, asanas, pranayama and Naad Yoga.
