Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Guidelines for the disposal of Enemy Property (Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Guidelines for the disposal of Enemy Property Order, 2018, in paragraph 5, in sub-paragraph (1), for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— “(d) Joint Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Member,”.
