paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as
“Scheme”, and in supersession of the Notification No. 5(8)2008/HP/13937 dated 14.10.2011 issued by the Central
Provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi, the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (EPF) hereby constitutes a
Regional Committee for the State of Himachal Pradesh consisting of the following persons, namely:—

2. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in charge of the Regional Office in the State of Himachal

3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years
commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every
member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.
4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
