F. No. Conf. 5(7)2012/GJ/11236.—In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (1)
of paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme 1952, the
Regional Committee (Employees’ Provident Fund) for the State of Gujarat was reconstituted by the
Chairman, Central Board of Trustees (Employees’ Provident Fund) and notified on 04.12.2017 in
the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part-III, Section-4 under issue No. 456 vide Notification
No. Conf.5(7)2012/GJ/14116 dated 16.11.2017.
2. The Chairman, Central Board of Trustees (Employees’ Provident Fund) has approved the
following amendment in the notification published on 04.12.2017 in the Gazette of India
(Extraordinary), Part-III, Section-4 under issue No. 456 vide Notification No. Conf. 5(7)2012/GJ/
14116 dated 16.11.2017.
3. In the said notification, the following entry shall be substituted at Sl. No. 1 namely:-
