with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme, 1952, the Regional Committee, (EPF) for the State of
Jharkhand was reconstituted by the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (Employees’ Provident Fund) and notified on
02.09.2017 in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part–III, Section-4 under issue No 340 vide Notification No. Conf.
5(21)2001/JH/10582 dated 22.08.2017.
2. The Chairman, CBT (EPF) has approved the following amendment in the notification published on 02.09.2017
in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary), Part–III, Section- 4 under issue No. 340 vide Notification No. Conf.
5(21)2001/JH/10582 dated 22.08.2017.
3. In the said notification, the following entry shall be substituted at Sl. No.1 namely:-
