F. No. HR-IR/184/Reg.Amd/1.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 19 read with sub-section (2)
of section 12 the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board
of Directors of our Indian Overseas Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous
sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following Regulations to amendment further the Indian
Overseas Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulation, 1976 namely:—
1. SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT
(1) These Regulations may be called Indian Overseas Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and
Appeal) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. The existing Schedule to the Indian Overseas Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal)
Regulation, 1976 shall be substituted, as under: -
