G.S.R. 578(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 253 of the
New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby constitutes the
Appellate Tribunal for deciding appeals preferred under Section 247 or Section 254 of the New Delhi
Municipal Council Act, 1994, within the territorial limits of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and
appoints Smt. Poonam Chaudhary, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service, as the Presiding Officer of the
said Tribunal, with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
