G.S.R. 871(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (l) and (2) of article 371D of the
Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Public
Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975, namely:-
1. Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) This Order may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public
Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Amendment Order, 2022.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct
Recruitment) Order, 1975, in paragraph 7, in sub-paragraph (3), for the words “within a period of seven years”, the
words “within a period of ten years” shall be substituted.
