NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th October, 2020
S.O. 3514(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3 of the Chief Commissioner
Gurdwara Elections Appointment Rules, 2014, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897
(10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India, Ministry
of Home Affairs, (Internal Security-I Division), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 3rd August, 2018 vide, number S.O 3826(E), dated the 1st August,
2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
2. This shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
