2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 3161 (E), dated the 24th
November, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government
in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby designates the Court of Sessions
Judge, Bilaspur as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the above said Act for the trial of
the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
The jurisdiction of the Special Court mentioned above shall extend over the Civil District of Bilaspur, Mungeli,
