(1) These rules may be called the Central Industrial Security Force (Amendment) Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Central Industrial Security Force Rules, 2001,— (i) in rule 58, in sub-rule (1), for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:— “Provided that a member of the force who tenders his resignation or technical resignation before completion of ten years regular service to join any organisation other than directly under the State or the Central Government for which cadre clearance has been given, shall be required to refund the cost of training imparted to him in the Force, or a sum equal to three month’s pay and allowances, whichever is more, before his resignation or technical resignation is accepted.”, (ii) in APPENDIX “A” relating to FORM OF AGREEMENT, for item (iii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:— “(iii) refund all the cost of training imparted to me in the Force, or a sum equal to three month’s pay and allowances, whichever is more, in the event of tendering my resignation or technical resignation from the Force before completion of ten years regular service from the date of joining the Force, for any reason other than accepting a job in any organisation directly under the State or the Central Government for which cadre clearance has been given.” [No. E-32012/(ii)/2014/L&R/PERS.I] HARISH CHANDER, Director (PERS.
