ह:ै-
1. (1) इन जवजनयमों को प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जनगम), अनिु ासनात्मक काययवाही के जलए प्राजधकारी
(संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2021 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये राजपत्र म ेंइनके प्रकािन की जतजथ से लाग ूहोंगे।
2. प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जनगम), अनुिासनात्मक काययवाही के जलए प्राजधकारी जवजनयम, 2012 म,ें जवजनयम 3 के जलए,
जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, नामत:-
“3, अनिु ासनात्मक कायवय ाही के जलए प्राजधकारी - सारणी के कॉलम (3) में जवजनर्ददष्ट अनुिासनात्मक प्राजधकारी, सारणी के कॉलम
(4) में तत् स्ट्थ ानी प्रजवजष्ट में जवजनर्ददष्ट अपीलीय प्राजधकारी, सारणी के कॉलम (5) में तत् स्ट्थ ानी प्रजवजष्ट में जवजनर्ददष्ट संिोधन
प्राजधकारी और कॉलम (6) में तत् स्ट्थ ानी प्रजवजष्ट में जवजनर्ददष्ट समीक्षा प्राजधकारी अनुिासनात्मक काययवाही के जलए अजधकारी होंगे

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th August, 2021
No. A-10/178/2012-PPC/PBRB.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 read with sub-section
(4) of section 11 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990), the Corporation
hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), Authorities
for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2012 namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), Authorities for
Disciplinary Proceedings (Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]
2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings
Regulations, 2012, for regulation 3, following regulation shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings.- The Disciplinary Authority specified in column (3) of the
table, the Appellate Authority specified in the corresponding entry in column (4) of the table, the Revising
Authority specified in the corresponding entry in column (5) of the table and the Reviewing Authority
specified in the corresponding entry in column (6) thereof shall be the authorities for disciplinary proceedings
and shall exercise their respective powers to impose minor and major penalties, except the power to impose
major penalty of compulsory retirement, removal or dismissal from service in respect of the classification of
posts and level in pay matrix specified against corresponding entries under column (2) of the said table.”
