(भारतीय प्रसारण जिगम) इसके तहत, प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जिगम) अििु ासिात्मक काययवाही के जलए
प्राजधकारी जवजियम 2012 में संिोधि करिे के जलए िामत: जिम्नजलजखत जवजियम बिाता ह ै:-
1. (1) इि जवजियमों को प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जिगम) अिुिासिात्मक काययवाही प्राजधकरण (संिोधि)
जवजियम, 2024 कहा िाएगा।
(2) ये रािपत्र म ेंइिके प्रकािि की जतजथ से लाग ूहोंगे।
2. प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जिगम) की अििु ासिात्मक काययवाजहयों के जलए प्राजधकारी जवजियम, 2012 के
जवजियम 3 की सारणी के स्ट्थाि पर जिम्नजलजखत सारणी प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाए, िामत: -

New Delhi, the 28th February, 2024.
No. A-10/178/2012-PPC/PBRB(1).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 read with sub-section
(4) of section 11 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990), the Prasar Bharati
(Broadcasting Corporation of India) hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting
Corporation of India), Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2012, namely:-
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Authorities for
Disciplinary Proceedings (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Authority for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations,
2012, in regulation 3, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely:-
