(1) These regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Conditions of Service and Authorities for Disciplinary Proceedings Regulations, 2016, in regulation 4, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely:- “TABLE Sl.
