I. GENERAL
1. Short Title and Commencement :
(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment,
Seniority and Promotion (Eleventh Amendment) Regulations, 2015
(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette of
India.
II. In the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion Regulations, 1992, the
schedule against Serial No. 25, 26, 27 and 76 relating to the posts of Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director
