Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (1982 of 1985), with the previous approval of the Central Government, the
Inland Waterways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations, viz:
I. GENERAL
1. Short Title and Commencement :
(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and
Promotion (Twelth Amendment) Regulations, 2016.
