No. 03-IWAI/Estt./09/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (1982 of 1985), with the previous
approval of the Central Government, the Inland Waterways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations, viz:
I. GENERAL
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion (Eighteenth Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
