“2. आिदे न अग्रसारण सबं धं ी ददिाजनदेि:
क. िो संकाय/कमगचारी प्रजतजनयुजि (Deputation) के आधार पर भा.स.जि. में कायगरत ह,ैं उनके आिेदन अग्रसाररत नहीं
दकए िाएंगे तथा उन्ह ेंअनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) प्रदान नहीं दकया िाएगा।
ख. भा.स.जि. के अिैक्षजणक कमगचाररयों के बाह्य रोिगार हते ु आिेदन तभी जिचाराथग स्ट्िीकार दकए िाएंगे िब उन्होंन े
भा.स.जि. म ें पााँच (05) िष ग की जनयजमत सेिा पूण ग कर ली हो, तथा ऐस े आिेदनों की संख्या एक कैलडें र िषग म ें प्रत्येक श्रेणी
(समूह A/B/C अथिा समकक्ष) के स्ट्िीकृत पदों की कुल संख्या के अजधकतम 10% तक सीजमत होगी।

प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) केिल प्रििे -पत्र/साक्षात्कार पत्र प्रस्ट्ततु करने पर ही िारी दकया िाएगा।
ङ. दकसी कमगचारी को एक कैलडें र िषग म ेंअजधकतम चार (04) NOC ही प्रदान दकए िाएंगे।
च. यह जनयम संघ लोक सेिा आयोग (UPSC) एि ं राज्य लोक सेिा आयोगों (SPSC’s) द्वारा जिज्ञाजपत पदों पर लाग ू

“2. Guidelines for forwarding of Applications:
a. IMU shall not provide NOC or forward applications of Faculty/Staff who have joined IMU on deputation
basis.
b. IMU shall consider the outside employment applications of non-teaching employees, only to those who have
completed five (05) years of regular service in IMU and subject to the ceiling of 10% of each category
(Group A/B/C) or equivalent) of employees on sanctioned strength of non-teaching in a calendar year.
c. IMU shall consider the outside employment applications of faculty, only to those who have completed seven
(07) years of regular service in IMU.
d. It is mandatory to obtain prior permission from the University for Outside Employment by the employees.
However, NOC will be issued only on production of Hall Ticket/Interview Letter.
e. Only four (04) NOC’s per employee will be permitted in a calendar year.
f. This rule will not apply for posts advertised by UPSC and SPSC’s.”
