In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 47(1) of the Indian Maritime University Act 2008 (22 of 2008), the following Notifications are published for general information.

4. Recruitment Rules for the post of Internal Audit Officer, originally published in the Gazette of India No. 76, dated May 12, 2009, Serial No. 29. This repeal is based on Executive Council resolution No. EC 2015/3215, dated August 21, 2015.
5. Recruitment Rules for the post of Junior Assistant, originally published in the Gazette of India No. 76, dated May 12, 2009, Serial No. 25. This repeal is based on Executive Council resolution No. EC 2015/3216, dated August 21, 2015.

the Indian Maritime University Act 2008 (22 of 2008), the following Notifications are published for general
information:
1. The Notification published at Serial No.40 [Recruitment Rules for the post of Junior Engineer
(Civil)], in Chapter 9 of “Ordinances Governing Administrative Matters” of the Gazette of India
No. 76, dated May 12, 2009 is hereby repealed [vide Executive Council resolution No.EC 2015-
31-17 dated 26-06-2015].
2. The Notification published at Serial No.43 [Recruitment Rules for the post of Junior Engineer
(Electrical)], in Chapter 9 of “Ordinances Governing Administrative Matters” of the Gazette of
India No. 76, dated May 12, 2009 is hereby repealed [vide Executive Council resolution No.EC
2015-31-17 dated 26-06-2015].
3. The Notification published at Serial No.2 (Recruitment Rules for the post of Pro Vice
Chancellor), in Chapter 9 of “Ordinances Governing Administrative Matters” of the Gazette of
India No. 76, dated May 12, 2009 is hereby repealed [vide Executive Council resolution No.EC
2015-32-12 dated 21-08-2015]
4. The Notification published at Serial No.29 (Recruitment Rules for the post of Internal Audit
Officer), in Chapter 9 of “Ordinances Governing Administrative Matters” of the Gazette of
India No. 76, dated May 12, 2009 is hereby repealed [vide Executive Council resolution No.EC
2015-32-15 dated 21-08-2015]
5. The Notification published at Serial No.25 (Recruitment Rules for the post of Junior Assistant),
in Chapter 9 of “Ordinances Governing Administrative Matters” of the Gazette of India No. 76,
dated May 12, 2009 is hereby repealed [vide Executive Council resolution No.EC 2015-32-16
dated 21-08-2015]
