S.O. 798(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners
Order 1948, the Central Government hereby appoints the Senior Immigration Officer, Bureau of Immigration,
Moreh as the "Civil Authority" for the purposes of the said Order for the Land Immigration Check Post located
at Moreh, Distt. Tengnoupal of Manipur State with effect from 21.02.2020 by superseding the Gazette
Notification No. 2169 Para S.O. 2392-(E) dated 12.06.2018.
