New Delhi, the 6th August, 2019
S.O. 2924(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby extends the term of engagement of Shri R. Karthkeyan, Special Public
Prosecutor for a further period of two years or till completion of trial of cases being handled by him, whichever is earlier,
for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before the trial court or appellate court or
revisional court established by law in the State of Tamil Nadu.
