NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2018
S.O. 6396(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008) read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. Sreemannarayana, Deputy Legal Adviser in National
Investigation Agencyas Public Prosecutor for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency
before any trial court or appellate court or revision court established by law in the territory of the any State or Union
Territory.
Shri K. Sreemannarayana, Deputy Legal Adviser in National Investigation Agency shall not be eligible for any
extra remuneration for his duties as Public Prosecutor.
