S.O.3384(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the National
Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (2 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints the following advocates as Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs)
for conducting the cases on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before any trial court or appellate court or
revisional court established by law in the territory of the States indicated against their names for three years with effect
from the date of publication of this notification:—
