New Delhi, the 13th February, 2020
S.O. 715(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs,
published in the Official Gazette vide number S.O. 3190(E), dated the 3rd September, 2019 with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:—
In the said notification, in clause (c), for the item numbers (ii) and (iii) and the entries relating
thereto, the following item numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
