New Delhi, the 17th March, 2016
S.O. 1152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal
Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Hitesh Kumar Makwana, Joint Secretary
(UT), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India as a member of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), and
for that purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry
of Home Affairs, number S.O. 2239(E), dated 5th September, 2014 with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for Item No. (c)(i) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number
and entry shall be substituted namely:—
