या (ii) मूल संवगा या जवभाग में वेति मैठरक्स लेवल -10 (56100-177500 रुपये) या समकि में जियजमत आधार पर पि जियुजि के बाि पांच साल की सेवा पूरी कर चुके हों; या (iii) मूल संवग ा या जवभाग म ें वेति मैठरक्स लेवल -9 (53100-167800 रुपये) या समकि म ें जियजमत आधार पर पि जियुजि के बाि सात साल की सेवा पूरी कर चुके हों; या (iv) मूल संवग ा या जवभाग में वेति मैठरक्स लेवल -8 (47600-151100 रुपय)े या समकि म ें जियजमत आधार पर पि जियुजि के बाि आि साल की सेवा पूरी कर चुके हों; और (ख) सामान्य प्रिासि, स्ट्थापिा, मािव संसाधि जवकास और कार्माक या कमाचारी मामलों, िकिी, खातों और बिट काया, कमाचारी संघों या यूजियिों, स्ट्टोर प्रबंधि और इन्वेंरी जियंत्रण, सुरिा और सतकाता म ें तीि साल का अिुभव रखि े र्ाल े हों । िोट 1: इस जियुजि से तत्काल पूर्व दकसी अन्य संवग-ा बाह्य पि पर केंद्र सरकार के दकसी अन्य संगिि या जवभाग म ें प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध (प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध सजहत) सामान्यतः तीि वर्ा स ेअजधक िहीं होगी। िोट 2: प्रजतजियुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेिि प्राप्त होिे की अंजतम जतजथ पर छप्पि वर्ा से अजधक िहीं िोना चाहिए । िोट 3: आमले न के हलय ेकेवल केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार के अजधकाठरयों पर जवचार दकया िाएगा।”, (ii) उप जििेिक प्रिासि (क्षेत्रीय कायाालय) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 2 के सामिे, कॉलम 11 के अंतगात प्रजवजियों के जलए जिम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियां प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथाात ् :- “पिोन्नजत: लेखा जिरीिक या वठरष्ठ प्रिासजिक अजधकारी लवे ल-8 (47600-151100 रुपये) वेति मैठरक्स म ें आि साल की जियजमत सेवा के साथ । िोट 1: िहां पर कजिष्ठ जो अपनी अिकव अथर्ा पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर चुके ि ैं और पदोन्नहत के हलए हर्चाराधीन ि ैं र्िा ाँ उिके वठरष्ि भी हर्चारणीय िोंगे, बिते उन की अिकव अथर्ा पात्रता सेवा म ें कमी अपेहक्षत अिकव अथर्ा पात्रता सेवा की आधी अथर्ा िो वर्,ा िो भी कम िो, स े अहधक न िो एर् ं हजन्िोंने अगली ग्रडे म ें पदोन्नहत के हलए उनके कहनष्ट हजनकी अिकव अथर्ा पात्रता सेर्ा परू ी ि ैके साथ परीक्षाकाल सफलतापूवाक पूरा कर हलया ि ै। िोट 2: इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े पहल े जियजमत आधार पर फीडर पिों पर रहि े वाल े पिधाठरयों की पिोन्नजत के जलए पात्रता माििडं ऐसी तारीख से पहले मौिूिा जियमों द्वारा िाजसत िोंग े । “प्रजतजियुजि”(अल्पकाजलक अनबु ंध सजहत): केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकारों, सघं िाजसत प्रिासिों, स्ट्वायत्त जिकायों अथवा सांजवजधक संगििों अथवा सार्वजहनक ित्रे के उपक्रमों के अजधकारी : (क) (i) मलू संवगा या जवभाग म ेंजियजमत आधार पर सदशृ पि पर िो; Short title and Commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Senior Administrative and Allied Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Senior Administrative and Allied posts) Recruitment Regulations, 2021, in the Schedule,- (i) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Deputy Director of Administration (Headquarters), for the entries under column 11, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “Deputation (including short-term contract or absorption): Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union territories Administrations, autonomous bodies or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings,- (a)(i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with seven years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-9 (Rs. 53100-167800) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or (iv) with eight years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; and4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (b) possessing three years’ experience in general administration, establishment, human resource development and personnel or staff matters, cash, accounts and budget work, staff associations or unions, stores management and inventory control, security and vigilance. Note 1: The period of deputation (including the period of deputation) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not be exceeding three years. Note 2: The maximum age limit for deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. Note 3: The Central Government or State Government officers shall only be considered for absorption.”, (ii) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Deputy Director of Administration (Field Offices), for the entries under column 11, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: - “Promotion: Inspector of Accounts or Senior Administrative Officer in level- 8 (Rs.47600-151100) in the pay matrix with eight years’ regular service in the grade after appointment thereto. Note 1: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. Note 2: Eligibility criteria for promotion of incumbents holding the feeder posts on regular basis prior to the date of publication of this notification shall continue to be governed by the regulations as existing prior to such date. Deputation (including short-term contract): Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union territory administrations, autonomous bodies or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings,- (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with seven years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-9 (Rs.53100-167800) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; or (iv) with eight years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre or department; and (b) possessing three years’ experience in general administration, establishment, human resource development and personnel or staff matters, cash, accounts and budget work, stores management and inventory control, staff associations or unions, security and vigilance.
