ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th March, 2019
G.S.R. 201(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 8A of the Enemy Property
Act, 1968 (34 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Guidelines for disposal
of Enemy Property Order, 2018, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This order may be called the Guidelines for disposal of Enemy Property
(Amendment) Order, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Guidelines for the disposal of Enemy Property Order, 2018, in paragraph 7, in sub-paragraph (1) after clause
(d), the following shall be inserted namely: —
“(d)(i) Usages of Enemy Property by the State Government exclusively for public use.”
