1st September, 2010, notified the Designated Courts under Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act/
Prevention of Terrorism Acts (TADA/POTA) at Jammu and Srinagar, as a Special Courts for the purposes of sub-section
(1) of section 11 of the said Act having jurisdiction throughout the State of Jammu and Kashmir for the trial of Schedule
Offences;
And whereas, Shri Yash Pal Kotwal, Presiding Officer, Designated Courts under Terrorist and Disruptive
Activities (Prevention) Act/Prevention of Terrorism Acts (TADA/POTA) (3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge)

supersession of the notification S.O. 3001(E), dated 27th November, 2014, published in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated 27th November, 2014, except as respect things done or omitted to be done
before such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High
Court of Jammu and Kashmir, hereby appoints Shri Kishore Kumar, (District Judge), Presiding Officer, Designated

supersession of the notification 1948(E), dated 22nd August, 2012, published in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated 22nd August, 2012, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before
such supersession, the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of
Manipur, hereby appoints Shri Salam Imocha Singh District and Sessions Judge, Manipur, East Imphal as Judge to
preside over the said Special Court.
