New Delhi, the 16th August, 2018
G.S.R. 790(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, read with
section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the President hereby rescinds the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Custodian of Enemy Property for India Recruitment Rules, 2012,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), dated the 6th August, 2012 vide
number G.S.R. 612(E), dated the 30th July, 2012, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
rescission, with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
