New Delhi, the 29th March, 2019
S.O. 1490(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful
Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the
Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 23rd March, 2019, vide, number S.O. 1419(E), dated the 23rd
March, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
