New Delhi, the 16th March, 2020
S.O.1115(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred under clause (1) of article 239 of the
Constitution, the President hereby directs that the powers and functions of the appropriate
Government under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), other than
the powers under section 82 and section 84, shall, subject to the control of the President and until
further orders, be exercised and discharged, in relation to the Union Territory of Ladakh, by the
Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh.
