S.O. 1371(E).—In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, number S.O.
339(E), dated the 2nd February, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),
at page 2, in the third paragraph,-
a) for “hereby appoints”, read “hereby concurrently appoints”; and
b) for “XLIX Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge”, read “LI Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge”.
