सा.का.जन. 113(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल अजधजनयम, 1992 (1992 का 35) की
धारा 156 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल,
साधारण ड्यूटी काडर (समूह ‘ग’ पद) भती जनयम, 2022 में संिोधन करन े के जलए जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,
अथाात ्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम रर प्रारंभ: (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल, साधारण ड्यूटी काडर
(समूह ‘ग’ पद) संिोधन भती जनयम, 2023 ह।
(2) ये राजपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत-जतब् बत सीमा पुजलस बल, साधारण ड्यूटी काडर (समहू ‘ग’ पद) भती जनयम 2022 में, कांस्ट् टेबल (साधारण
ड्यूटी) के पद स ेसंबंजधक रम म सं यांक 3 के सामन ेअनुसूची म:ें-
(i) स्ट् तंभ (6) म,ें- प्रजवजियों के पश्च ात जनम्न जलजखत िटप् पण अंत:स्ट् थाजपत दकया जाएगा, अथाात:्-
“िटप्प ण 1 : ऊपरी आय-ु सीमा भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के पहले ब च के अभ् यर्थिथयों के जलए पांच व् ा तक जिजथल की जा
सकेगी”;
“िटप्प ण 2 : ऊपरी आय-ु सीमा भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के अभ् यर्थिथयों के जलए तीन व्ा तक जिजथल की जा सकेगी।”;
(ii) स्ट् तंभ (7) म,ें- खंड (ii) के पश् चात जनम्न जलजखत िटप् पण अंत:स्ट्थ ाजपत दकया जाएगा, अथाात्:-
“िटप्प ण : भूतपूवा अजिवीरों को िारीिरक दिता परीिा से छूट दी जाएगी”;

(iii) स्ट् तंभ (10) म,ें - खंड (ii) के पश्च ात जनम्न जलजखत िटप् पण अंत:स्ट् थाजपत दकया जाएगा, अथाात:्-
“िटप्प ण: िरजियों का दस प्रजतित भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के जलए आरजित दकया जाएगा।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2023
G.S.R. 113(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 156 of the
Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules
to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre (Group Group „C‟ Posts) Recruitment Rules,
2022 namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force,
General Duty Cadre (Group „C‟ Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, General Duty Cadre (Group „C‟ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022, in the
Schedule to against serial number 3 relating to the post of Constable (General Duty):-
(i) in Column (6),- after the entries, the following Note shall be inserted, namely:-
“Note 1: The upper age-limit shall be relaxable upto five years for the candidates of the first batch of Ex-
Agniveers”;
“Note 2: The upper age-limit shall be relaxable upto three years for the candidates of Ex-Agniveers.”;
(ii) in Column (7),- after clause (ii), the following Note shall be inserted, namely:-
“Note : Ex-Agniveers shall be exempted from Physical Efficiency Test ”;
(iii) in Column (10), after clause (ii), the following Note shall be inserted, namely;-
“Note: - Ten per cent of the vacancies shall be reserved for Ex-Agniveers.”.
