धारा 156 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल, मोटर
पररवहन और मोटर मैकेजनक काडर समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि भती जनयम, 2013 का संिोधन करन े के जलए जनम्न जलजखत
जनयम बनाती ह,ै अर्ाात ् :-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल, मोटर पररवहन और
मोटर मैकेजनक काडर, समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2022 ह।ै
(2) ये रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत-जतब्बत सीमा पुजलस बल, मोटर पररवहन और मोटर मैकेजनक काडर, समूह ‘ख’ और ‘ग’ पि भती जनयम,
2013 म,ें-
(अ) जनयम 8 के उपजनयम (1) के सामने, “सत् तावन वर्ा’’ िब् िों के स्ट्र् ान पर ‘’साठ वर्ा’’ िब् ि रखे िाएंगे।
(आ) अनुसूची म ें,-
(क) जनरीिक (मोटर पररवहन) के पि स े संबंजधत क्रम संख् या 1 के सामन,े स्ट् तंभ (2) की प्रजवजियों के स्ट्र् ान पर
जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजियां रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाात:्-

New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2022
G.S.R. 466(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of sub section(2) of section 156
of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the
following rules to amend the Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic Cadre, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts
Recruitment Rules, 2013 namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police
Force, Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic Cadre, Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts, Recruitment (Amendment)
Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Motor Transport and Motor Mechanic cadre, Group “B”
and “C” posts Recruitment Rules, 2013,-
(A) against 8, in-sub-rule(i), for the words “fifty seven years”, the words “sixty years” shall be
substituted.
(B) in the schedule,-
(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Inspector (Motor Transport), in column 2, for the
entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“35* (2022)
* Subject to variation dependent on workload.” ;
(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Sub-Inspector (Motor Transport), in column 2, for
the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“89* (2022)
* Subject to variation dependent on work load.” ;
(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Motor Transport), in
column 2, for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“92* (2022)
* Subject to variation dependent on work load.” ;
(d) against serial number 4, relating to the post of Head Constable (Driver), in column 2, for the
entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“875* (2022)
