From the Chief Engineer, N.S.R.S.P., Srisailam Project, Hyderabad Lr.No C.E.,AMRP/W16/777/Roads/Vol.3, dt:22.8.2011. >><< ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to accord Administrative Approval for an estimated cost of Rs.2158.90 lakh (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty Eight Lakhs and Ninety Thousand only) for 19 roads including construction of culverts/causeways to facilitate the farmers to cart food grains from fields to villages in Gurrmpode Mandal under Nagarjuna Sagar Legislative Assembly Constituency under “SH(50) Special Component Plan (SCP) as the most of the villagers in this area belong to Schedule Castes. 2. In the reference 2nd read above the Chief Engineer, NSRSSP, Hyderabad has submitted that the concerned Superintending Engineer/ Executive Engineer have found that now the following newly proposed roads are worst affected compared to earlier sanctioned five roads vide Sl. No.2,4,7,9, & 15 of the above said G.O: Sl.No. Amount Name of the work now proposed Amount Rs, of earmarked in in Lakh G.O. the G.O. Rs., No.72 in Lakh 2 Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 63.00 150.00 from Chamledu SC Colony to Samalabanda to SLBC main canal (Sthambala bata) in Gurrampode mandal, Nalgonda District. 2. Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 87.00 from D25/9R minor to Turkonibavi via Lakshmidevi Gudem in Gurrampode mandal, Nalgonda District. 4. 124.00 Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 124.00 from MOsangi stage (Chepur- Musalamma Chettu PWD Road) to Bhimanapally road Via Bantugudem, Teratigudem in Gurrampode Mandal, Nalgonda District. 7. 104.50 Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 104.50 from Yeldandapahad to Nadikuda road via Bodapadu in Gurrampode Mandal, Nalgonda District. 9. 84.50 Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 84.50 from Koppole SC Colony to Yeldandapahad via Buddareddy gudem in Gurrampode mandal, Nalgonda District 15. 66.20 Formation of WMM road and providing BT surface 66.20 to the road from Bramhanagudempalipadu road to Jinnaychinta old Harijana Colony in Gurrampode mandal, Nalgonda District. Total 529.20 Total 529.20 PTO3. The Chief Engineer, NSRSSP has submitted that the above proposed alternate roads are useful to the more number of villagers for transport of Agricultural products. He has further submitted that an amount of the newly proposed roads (6nos) is same that of amount of previously sanctioned estimates vide the reference 1st read above. i.e. 529.20 lakh. 4. Government after careful examination of the above proposal of Chief Engineer, N.S.R.S Project, Hyderabad., hereby permit to take up the above said six road works mentioned at para 2 above, in place of the road works sanctioned vide Sl.no.2,4,7,9 & 15 of the G.O. 1st read above, with similar conditions. The Chief Engineer, NSRSSP shall follow the general thumb rule that for capital works and maintenance works, the work load should not be more than 200% and 150% respectively of the budget provision as this will ensure that budget provision can be adequately allocated for works in progress ensuring their prompt completion. 5. The Chief Engineer, NSRSS Project, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 6.
