From Chief Engineer. Godavari Delta System Dowlaiswaram Lr.No.CE/ GDS/ DWM/DEE/ AEE/118 M, dated 7-8-2011 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief, Hyderabad, Lr.No.ENC(I)/DCE.IV/OT.7/SO.VI/ Vy.LB/ Dt.31-12-2011. &&&&& ORDER:- . The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram has reported in the reference 1st read above that the Vynateyam river take off from Vasista Godavari river above P. Gannavaram Aquiduct and flows towards eastern direction by the side of Gannavaram, R. Enugupalli, K. Enugupalli, Y. Kothapalli, Katarilanka, K. Munjavaram, Thondavaram, Vakalagaruvu, Dosasakurru, Bendamurulanka etc., villages and finally falls into Bay of Bengal at Vodalarevu village. 2. Due to floods during 1986 to 2007 and high tidal waves heavy margin erosion occurred at number of palaces on Vynateyam left bank and deep course are also formed to high margin. The Chief Engineer has requested the Government to accord administrative approval to the work “Protecting of eroded River margin by providing groynes and with pitching platform Km.10.00 to 28.600 of Vy. L.B for an amount of Rs.35,57,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty five crores and fifty seven lakhs only). 3. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, and as recommended by the Engineer—in-Chief(Irrigation), Hyderabad, Government after careful examination hereby accord administrative approval for the work “ Protection of eroded River margin by providing groynes and with pitching platform Km.10.00 to 28.6000 of Vy. L.B, Duly recasting with SSR 2011-12 for an amount of Rs.35.57 Crores. (Rupees Thirty five crores and fifty seven lakhs only). 4. The Expenditure is debited to the Head of Account – 4711 – COL on FCP (01) – FC - MH(103) – Civil Works- GH – 11 Normal State plan SH (05) Embankments – 530/ 531 OE. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O.No.810/31/A1/ Exp-PW/12 Dated:04-02-2012. 6. The Engineer-In-Chief (Irrigation), Hyderabad and the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram shall take necessary action accordingly.
