Chief Conservator of Forests (WL) & Chief Wildlife Warden (A.P), Hyderabad, R.C No. 23361/2010/WL-1, dated 24-11-2011. ****** ORDER: In continuation of G.O 1st read above and in the circumstances reported by the Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests (WL) & Chief Wildlife warden in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful consideration hereby accord sanction to deposit an amount of Rs 25.36 crores (Rupees Twenty five crores and thirty six lakhs only) in addition to Rs 50.00 Crores in the account of Bio- Diversity Conservation Society of Andhra Pradesh (BIOSAP), Government of Andhra Pradesh. 2. The Chief Engineer (P), Mahbubnagar is requested to deposit an amount of Rs 25.36 Crores in the name of Bio Diversity Conservation Society of Andhra Pradesh (BIOSAP) for undertaking conservation and protection measures in National Parks and Sanctuaries in the State as stipulated in the forest clearance accorded for SLBC Tunnel as part of AMRP by the Empowered Committee of Supreme Court. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “4701- Capital Outlay on Major & Medium Irrigation, 01- Major Irrigation (Commercial), MH 125- SLBC (AMRP)”. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (W&P) Department vide their U.O. No. 871/F5(A1)/12-1, dated 15-03-2012.
